How we compute the range
Approved reports only
Every report is moderated before it counts.
Median and percentiles
The range runs from the 25th to the 75th percentile; the median is the typical price. Outliers don't drive it.
Reliability stated
Under 8 reports reliability is low, from 8 medium, from 12 high. We always show it.
Dated data
We show the date of the latest report: prices move with season and demand.
